You have 14 days from receiving your order to request an exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We offer store credit or exchanges for full-priced items (excluding earrings).
Return shipping is typically covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Not covered: wear & tear, scratches, bending, chemical damage, or misuse.
Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or credited.
Refunds
